What Is Animal Chiropractic Care?

Chiropractic care is a holistic, preventative approach to health care that relieves pain, prevents disease and keeps the body functioning at its best.

Spend a few minutes with Dr. Andi, as she explains it a bit more and shares some of her adventures, in the video, here.

Chiropractic addresses all the body systems because the spinal cord, which is an extension of the brain, is protected by the vertebrae of the spinal column and carries all the nerves that go to every tissue in the body.

Proper nerve supply is vital to the optimal functioning of the entire body. When the vertebral joints are misaligned they affect the nerves and the flow of energy to every part of the body.

A chiropractic adjustment is a natural, gentle treatment that removes pressure on a nerve and restores balance of the body’s structures. Removing interference on a nerve allows the body’s natural ability to heal itself by flowing freely to the areas that need it the most.

What Is Our Mission?

Animal chiropractic care here at Animal Magic focuses on the preservation and health of the neuro-musculo-skeletal system. Nerves contribute to everything that happens in your animals. Anything adversely affecting the nervous system will resonate throughout the entire body.

Today, more and more people are acknowledging that loving and caring for their animals extends beyond providing just the basics of food and shelter. Animal Magic offers new ways for you and your animals to achieve optimal living and contribute to consciousness planet-wide!

When Should I Consider Chiropractic Care

For My Dog?

  • Wincing or pain when you push on the animal back
  • Change in behavior
  • When they shake, its not from nose to tail
  • Limping
  • Panting at odd times or through the night
  • Difficulty/hesitancy in jumping
  • Difficulty going up or down stairs
  • Bunny hops with hind legs when running
  • Slow getting up
  • Avoids playing with you or animals
  • Difficulty wagging tail
  • Difficulty looking up or to the side
  • Cries when being picked up
  • Drags toes when walking
  • Hunching of the back

A freely moving, aligned spine keeps the body functioning at its optimal level. Chiropractic care works best as a preventative treatment but if your animal is suffering from any of the listed signs and symptoms, an adjustment may provide some relief. Regular treatments are essential to achieving and maintaining optimal musculoskeletal and overall health.
